The role This role is a fixed term opportunity to support the implementation of a Payroll Governance Program across the ABN Group of companies. A key objective of this role is to ensure accurate and efficient data entry and maintenance of employee records as well as supporting processing activities in accordance with our service level agreements and to our customers’ requirements. A few key responsibilities will include: Support Senior Payroll Compliance Officer in day-to-day compliance activity Collection and formatting of data from multiple sources Development and maintenance of process documentation Delivering exceptional customer service to our internal and external stakeholders Additional duties as required to support department strategy and objectives You We’re looking for a dynamic and energetic individual with a keen eye for detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced role to join our team Skills and experience prerequisites: High volume data analysis and accurate maintenance of records Comfortable working in a dynamic, diverse, and flexible environment Ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders with ease and positivity Excel experience (intermediate) Chris 21 System (desirable) Strong customer focus - excellent communicator, written, verbal and inter-personal Ability to prioritise own workload and demonstrate excellent time management skills Why ABN?
