Join Us and Make an Impact. We are currently seeking a Lead Project Administrator to join our HBS Qld team in our Cannon Hill office. Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, your focus will be to provide leadership and assist direct report team members in the delivery of work to customers. It is also responsible for servicing customer sites, maximising customer satisfaction and minimising customer site downtime by providing exceptional technical support. Key Responsibilities: Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients Managing invoicing, both acceptance and issue. EPSF maintenance - expiring contracts etc Specific Portal upkeep Filing, Auditing and archiving Job allocation and general supervision of the team Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by Operations Manager Management of site spares and specific purchase orders Management of Site Safety Manuals Management of service schedules and maintenance sheets, including filing and archiving Management of Condition assessments for both BMS & SEC Management of team specific service manual. Assisting Operations Manager in the development and training of team Forms part of call escalation path for customer requests Responsible for Weekly, monthly, Open Jobs & OSI customer reports. Meeting minutes, as required. Achievement, measurement and reporting of performance indicators and site service objectives, (open calls Planned maintenance completion customer surveys, HSE amongst others) Invoicing Key Experience & Capabilities: Intermediate to High computer skills Electrical or Electronics Associate Diploma or higher an Advantage Microsoft applications training / certificates (or equivalent experience) - Intermediate to Advanced level appropriate Minimum Typing Speed - 45 WPM Relevant tertiary qualifications (Eg Business College) well regarded About Us The world is changing.
