As the Senior Sales Representative you will be responsible for be the front line seller who drives sales, identifying and generating opportunities for different kinds of customers. You will foster client satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and managing customer expectations. You will develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminar, and similar events. You will provide education of Honeywell product through technical presentations. You will maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. You will provide competitive intelligence and market trends. You will provide forecast/demand input to Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP). Key Responsibilities Overall management and supervision of Enterprise accounts and Channel partners, Business Analysts, Solutions Architects and Engineering resourcing and marketing and administrative functions Overall businesses in achieving the assigned annual region and country revenue quota Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets Direct management of enterprise accounts and responsible for developing key account business Develop high-level relationships within enterprise accounts to ensure HS&PS's opportunity to win large deals. Orchestrate other HS&PS resources to meet customer needs and maximize sales effectiveness. Develop and coordinate executive level relationships with accounts and HS&PS internal executives. Coordinate the sales process between partners, HS&PSs direct and/or global sales organizations, and end-user prospects Understand partners' solutions, markets and business model, and further develop & communicate partners' values to HS&PS, including their prospects and end users Establish and communicate HS&PS's values to the partner community Develop joint business, sales and marketing plans to achieve goals and objectives Create demand generation programs with partners for our end-usersPrepare and submit timely and accurate weekly sales reports as well as other sales management reports as required WE VALUE Candidates will have a minimum of 5 years software/hardware sales/management experience including at least 3 year's experience as a second level manager crossing a broad geography with a team of staff as direct reports. Experience in developing and managing sales plans Good understanding of Supply Chain Management Candidates will have a minimum of two year's experience managing in the assigned geography and will have executive contacts within the region Effective leadership skills, with the ability to take charge and drive processes. People management skills required Good industry knowledge, customer relationship skills and business acumen Ability to work closely with various internal organizations & external partners.
