Lead, Lending Administration Apply now Job no: 792519 Business unit: Corporate and Institutional Primary position location: 2 Carrington St, Sydney, NSW Work type: Permanent Full time Region: NSW- Sydney CBD Permanent, Full-time opportunity based in Sydney We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead to join our Corporate & Institutional Bank (C&IB) operations team. Reporting to our Lending Administration manager, you will provide Corporate and Institutional customers with best-practice, effective and efficient lending fulfillment services across both simple and complex transactions. In addition, you will: Provide daily team oversight, workflow management and resource allocation to ensure sufficient capacity to maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) during peak and non-peak periods while ensuring requests are fulfilled in-accordance with transaction documentation, policies, and procedures Perform People Leader (PL) responsibilities which include coaching, mentoring and continuous performance management of direct reports Implement adequate controls to limit risks associated with operational activities Be a CIB Lending Subject Matter Expert (SME) and communicate with the CIB business, Operations colleagues and other associated stakeholders on customer transactions and process improvement activities What you'll bring: Experience within the Corporate and/or Institutional Bank Loan Market or similar environment Strong LoanIQ knowledge also and/or experience in Lending Operations Exposure to Active Operations Management (AOM) Ability to manage key risk indicators People leadership experience including developing teams and improving engagement Experience as an operational practitioner Make a difference through your work At NAB, we work together to deliver exceptional outcomes that exceed our customers' expectations.
