About the Role As a Maintenance and Systems Administrator, you will work as part of ATOMs engineering team and will primarily be supporting the Kwinana site to ensure that the following are effectively maintained and supported. computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) for ATOM related work (Main Pac). management of change system inclusive of other corporate modules (Myosh). use of various tools for budgeting, planning, forecasts, scheduling and reporting (Excel, PowerBi, PowerPoint, MS Project) Support ATOM Engineer and ATOM Operations in achieving efficiency improvements and outcomes for the facilities. Deliver successful outcomes through key stakeholder engagement. The successful achievement of this role will further develop trust, support the steady state operations under ATOM and apply best-in class practices at the Kwinana site. About You To be successful in this role you will have: Current or previous experience in supporting maintenance activities, preparation and planning Support and administer robust document management related to project, maintenance and engineering activities Provide training for the maintenance and projects systems, manages updates for systems, supports the use of mobile devices, supports the reporting and PowerBI dashboard requirements. Demonstrated experience in maintenance and systems administration of CMMS Demonstrated experience in managing systems and process requirements and usability. Good understanding of bulk fuel terminals or a similar industry. Effective engagement with external stakeholders and regulators. A degree or equivalent in science (i.e., chemistry, science or engineering) Ability to interpret and solve issues related to Maintenance. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in systems and maintenance Sound written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft office suite.
