Job Description This exciting role will see you accountable for the management of the battery market across all NRMA divisions. The key purpose of the role is to drive battery sales performance and service excellence for our products. The Battery Sales Operations Manager role is accountable for the achievement of budgeted sales within established and emerging channels, working cross functionally to drive battery sales & EBIT in the relevant markets. This is a hybrid position, with a minimum of 2 days based from our Sydney Olympic Park office. Drive an enhanced Member Experience through internal and external Battery services; utilising operational efficiency and contract compliance to ensure that Member Service focus areas are met. Development and implementation of sales strategies to unlock customer growth and conversion Support Regional Managers in Customer Engagement plans and activities Work with key areas of the business to create a holistic sales journey across all channels Support Proof of Concept developments, roll outs and scaling to BAU Development of engagement material to support front line training and performance Monitor wider trends within the sales operations and battery space to ensure fit with customer and market expectations through in an industry leading manner Defining and implementing the channel sales strategy and budget including - volume, prices, mix. Ensuring these are achieved for the channel(s) in the specified target markets. What You’ll Bring Previous Sales Operations experience; working with targets and driving conversions and commercial sales (Battery sales experience is not required but highly desirable) Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities and Ability to create engaging materials for various levels of stakeholders Ability to identify sales opportunities, form strategic plans and pragmatically execute to maximize ROI and deliver solutions Ability to understand digital channel performance and customer sales journeys Resilient by nature and ability to effectively lead through a transformational landscape Business acumen combined with highly developed financial and business skills Exceptional and accurate data analytical skills combined with the ability to think strategically Strong interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills to work with Senior Managers, to negotiate agreements, resolve differences and facilitate decision making A strategic thinker, with high level communication skills What’s in it for you?
