This is a FIFO role from Perth, Western Australia to Karratha, Western Australia on a 3 weeks on / 1 week off roster. About the Project: Pluto Train 2 is the expansion of a second LNG train at the existing Pluto LNG onshore facility near Karratha in Western Australia run by Woodside Energy. About the Role: SETROUTE is an Electrical Database for electrical raceway and cable management used throughout the life of a facility from design, procurement of bulk materials, and component installation for both design and field control of electrical cables, raceways, equipment, terminations, jumpers and cable routes. As the Electrical Setroute Administrator, you will utilise SETROUTE during the construction phase of the project. Your duties will include: perform data entry into the SETROUTE and TEAMWorks systems. assemble and update work packages. collaborate with field engineering with the control and verification of installed quantities. maintain records of quantities and construction inspection work. use the SETROUTE system in areas including application support, quantity tracking, material withdrawal, cable reels control, issuing installation cards, construction work packaging, start-up system scoping, and associated work processes. support the installed quantities tracking process maintaining the SETROUTE database up to date and reports installed quantities progress on weekly bases to field project controls while demonstrating strong leadership. perform other duties as requested. What You Bring: degree in engineering discipline is desired, preferably Electrical Engineering, but may be waived if equivalent industry experience can be demonstrated. excellent written and verbal communication skills including proper use of spelling, punctuation, grammar, and syntax. Microsoft Office Suite intermediate skills with emphasis in Microsoft Access and Excel. must be able to organize and prioritize administrative deliverables. general awareness of electrical work processes and Australian Standards is an advantage for this role. Additional Information: This position has responsibilities that include exposure to changing environmental, construction, and operational conditions, which may include: extensive walking in and around an active construction and/or operations site, climbing ladders, working at heights from work platforms including scaffolding, and mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs), use of personal fall arrest equipment, walking and working on uneven surfaces, working in constricted and/or confined spaces, variable work shifts (e.g., day, night, weekends, 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift, etc.), and work in inclement weather. Some lifting may be required. Candidate must be able to use standard issued Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required for each assigned task (i.e. respirator, harness, life vest, hearing protection, etc.). The Pluto Train 2 Project is a Major Hazard Facility meaning this is a non-smoking site and no tobacco products - i.e. cigarettes, vapes, lighters, tobacco - are permitted to be brought to the site.
