Our huge team manage nearly 8,000 rental properties predominantly in Southbank and the CBD, and with nearly 28,000 active clients on our database, there will always be someone to call. A BIT MORE ABOUT THE JOB Here are the main things you’ll be doing in this role: Managing sales leads Maintaining client databases Keeping a pipeline of deals flowing Liaising with vendors and buyers Liaising with the marketing and admin teams Conducting residential inspections. Completing market appraisals and sales To be considered you will have; Agents Representative Certificate Ability to work Saturdays with your own reliable car and drivers licence Self motivated with a desire to succeed Outstanding relationship building skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professionally presented with a strong customer service ethos Positive Attitude and above all, a passion for all things property and committed to a long term career in property sales.
