Great that you're thinking about a career with BSI It's great that you're thinking about a career with BSI Position: Global Head of Sales Salary: Competitive basic salary based on experience Location: Home-based The Global Head of Sales: As a BSI Global Head of Sales, you will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to review and update the global ISA sales process to ensure it is client-centric, collaborative, and transparent. Responsibilities for this role: The internal and supplier assurance (ISA) solutions business partners with clients to build trust in their internal organization and across their value chain. Streamline process: This role will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to review and update the global ISA sales process to ensure it is client-centric, collaborative, and transparent. Support bids and tender activity across the regions to ensure we communicate BSI's value proposition through proposals and presentations. Client prospecting: This role will be collaborating with the existing ISA sales organization to develop our ability to 'hunt' / 'prospect' new clients and deepen existing client relationships. Responsible for creating a clearly understood strategy to 'hunt' / 'prospect' new clients. Create tools that enable sales teams to be more confident when engaging with new clients. Analyse and interpret sales reports and identify and resolve performance issues promptly and effectively to ensure delivery of the sales plan and accurate forecast across territories and business streams. Build account plans with revenue targets to develop the sales plan and forecast.
