Asquith Workforce specialise in providing labour hire, permanent and temporary recruitment to a variety of industries and cultures. The position is to assist the sales, operations and logistics teams with tracking client orders and keeping clients updated with the status of their order. Understand and utilise our clients operating system. Training will be provided. The Administration Co-ordinator will be required to respond to all client order enquiries as well as liaising with suppliers and installers. They will also be required to check sales order handovers and assist with generating and placing vendor orders. As the successful candidate you will contact customers and suppliers and will be expected to have an excellent phone manner.
