Events Sales & Administration Coordinator permanent role for an Events Supplier in Sydney on a salary of $55k-$60k plus super The Company: This fabulous event supplier is the Australian leader in supplying installations, exhibits and designs in their industry. They've been serving their clients for over 100 years, and are looking for an enthusiastic Events Sales & Administration Coordinator to join their team. This company creates stunning installations and show-stopping event designs. The Role: The Events Sales & Administration Coordinator will report to the Senior Account Manager. The Events Sales & Administration Coordinator will be responsible for working closely with the Sales Team to ensure exceptional client customer service for all incoming inquiries.Key Responsibilities include; Handling phone inquiries, acting as the main client interface for incoming calls Manage sales orders via the phone and website Keep dispatch register up to date with sales orders Effective processing of customer orders Assisting in Showroom when required Maintaining established client data base Understanding knowledge of the company’s product range and services Assembling and sending client quotes Ensure approval paperwork / workflows / customer contracts are completed accurately and efficiently Liaise with internal departments to ensure projects are on track Proactively deal with issues as they arise The Candidate: The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate looking for a role to work within the events/installation/exhibition industry. Ideally the candidate will have previous experience in a Sales or Admin role and have excellent customer service skills.
