This Contractor has several civil infrastructure projects in Newcastle and is currently recruiting for both Project Engineers and Site Engineers on civil projects. This project is primarily civil earthworks, roads or subdivisions. We are looking for Project Engineers and Site Engineers who have experience running projects worth over $5m in value. These civil projects have significant earthworks, subdivisions, and heavy civil aspects to them, but ideally, you will have previous experience with earthworks on roads, bridge, mining or heavy civil infrastructure. These roles are the key site positions on the project team, reporting to, and working alongside the Project Manager and Foreman, the success of this project will depend on you and your experience delivering major civil earthworks. To be successful this role you should have; hold a Bachelors in Civil Engineering worked on the civil project over $5m in value have exposure to earthworks, civil on a road, rail, mine project in Australia an understanding of drawings and technical specifications ability to develop and run a program with a high-level detailed planning worked with a tier-one or tier two civil or building contractor excellent understanding of OH&S, environment, and quality to ensure compliance to project KPIs proven and excellent safety record from previous projects The company requires Project Engineers and Site Engineers who are experienced and qualified, looking to build a solid grounding on civil projects and move to the next $50m project level.
