Missions: Deliver 1st & 2nd Level Technical helpdesk/service desk support to all users while managing assets proficiently. Offer comprehensive IT and application support to all users. Sustain and enhance the technology infrastructure. Foster collaborative relationships with third-party vendors, suppliers, and support contractors. Your Skills & Experience Minimum of two years of IT experience, specialising in supporting Microsoft Office and Windows Infrastructure environments. Qualification in core system technologies. Proficient communication skills. Demonstrated expertise in end-user support through training and correspondence. Technical proficiency to address complex incidents within a Windows environment. Competency in Active Directory user and group administration. Proficiency in Exchange and O365 administration. Hands-on experience in setting up and troubleshooting computer hardware and peripherals. Relevant technical training, certifications, and educational background. Service Management certifications are advantageous, such as ITIL. What's on offer? The flexibility to work and travel as necessary, and to work outside normal business hours is integral to this role. Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice. Able to work autonomously.
