The role We’re seeking a dedicated individual to support our Early Childhood Education Leaders in delivering and exceeding compliance with all related legislation, National Quality Standards and UOW Pulse Policies. This role will see you working in a permanent part time capacity at our Kids’ Uni CBD service, working 4 hours per day, from Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and timely customer service and administration of the service. Our priority is our high quality relationships with children and their families and the successful candidate will be quick to build rapport and ensure they feel welcome and supported. RequirementsExperience using a Childcare Subsidy software platformExperience working in an Early Education & Care administration settingExperience using Microsoft Office – in particular Word and ExcelUnderstanding of Commonwealth Government Funding for Child Care and National Quality Standards for Children’s ServicesDemonstrated organisational, time management and customer service skillsPass a National Police Check, banned and disqualified register search of the Australian Security Investment Commission (ASIC), National Personal Insolvency Index Check, ASIC and historical personal name searchClearance by the Office of the Children’s Guardian, under the Working with Children check For more information, please refer to the Job Description.
