About the Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity to join Metcash as a Sorted Administration Coordinator on a 6-Month Fixed Term Contract. This role will involve the active management of the customer adoption pipeline, maintaining the adoption schedule, including setup with access, approval or product and providing end-to-end support. This includes regularly reporting progress to the Customer Manager and Supplier Onboarding Team and resolving risks that could delay adoption. In this Role Perform administrative tasks including catalogue data checks comprising of SKU data. Images & pricing. Onboarding and registration of Suppliers to B2B e-Commerce platform. Inbox and calendar management Manage multiple Suppliers contact points stakeholders. Collectively support the broader Sorted Onboarding Team as required. You're Likely a Match If Excellent data entry skills Experience providing responsive and fabulous customer-centric service Strong prioritisation skills to balance multiple customers Strong communication skills, both written & verbal.
