Role Overview This is an exciting time to join our ever-growing business, and the newest role gives the right candidate the opportunity to work closely with the sales team. The Account Executive will support the sales team in the delivery of a seamless experience for key customers and external stakeholders working to ensure the continued growth of the product and business outcomes. The Account Executive will play a critical role in supporting the sales team to do what they do best which is drive new business whilst also providing best in class reporting and insights to continually demonstrate the value of the product in the customer's eyes. The role would suit someone who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, has a proactive nature and wants to develop their Sales/Account Management skills along the way. The role will provide the right candidate the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where the contribution is encouraged and recognised and career growth supported. Key Responsibilities Manage operational elements for our residential marketing products, allowing our clients to get the best from our technology platforms Create business development proposals and documentation to support the sales team in relationships with key customers. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to respond to client requests. Work effectively as part of the sales team, collaborating with key stakeholders to optimise and enhance the product to deliver determined outcomes. Project Management of new client onboarding and product development as the product evolves. Work with the Residential Sales team to support the product sales strategy and team as required. Responsible for building out a team which will support the predicted increase in workflow. To be successful Proven track record of effective Sales Support in Real Estate/Media or other related field Confident communicator with the ability to articulate and present ideas and information to an audience appropriately and successfully. Effective stakeholder and relationship management. Exceptional organisational skills. A positive attitude to change and new challenges. Proficient in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and the Google Suite. Broader Residential/Commercial real estate experience would be well considered.
