Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor and document students' academic and social progress. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to effective learning. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure a comprehensive approach to education. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and developmental milestones. Stay abreast of current research and best practices in early childhood education. To be successful, you must: Hold a bachelor's degree in early childhood education. State certification or licensure as an Early Childhood Educator. Proven experience in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum. Strong knowledge of child development theories and early childhood education practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a professional team environment.
