Our practitioners are mindful of trauma informed practices, working within a strength-based context with holistic principles to build individual capacity, resilience, and well-being. About the roleAs a Doorways receptionist, you will deliver high quality customer-focused reception and administrative activities for TSA. As the first point of contact, it is essential to act professionally and create a welcoming, warm and positive first impression for all guests and visitors. Responsibilities includeUndertake reception duties to support day-to-day requirements of the area including answering phones, basic data entry and referring queries to appropriate contactsEmergency relief Eftpos card collectionProvide exceptional customer serviceProvide assistance to the site manager and site coordinatorProvide maintenance and security of record keeping systems and softwareAssist in administrative functions for meetings and eventsProvide information to clients and visitors ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with in a confidential and sensitive mannerThis is a fixed-term part-time position, contracted until June 2024, 20 hours per week, based in Glenorchy, TAS.
