The Contracts Administrator, in conjunction with and reporting to the Contracts Manager, manages the implementation and administration of contractual, commercial, financial processes and procedures for the Aldoga Solar Farm Project. This role will initially be based in the Brisbane office and then mobilise to the project site in January 2024. Expertly manage contractual obligations across diverse contracts. Assist in meticulous tender reviews and skillful contract negotiations. Ensure strict compliance with legal standards and regulatory mandates. Strategically oversee project finances, including cash flow and subcontractor payments. Foster transparent communication channels within the project team. Cultivate a safety-oriented culture and uphold environmental responsibilities. Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure project excellence. Collaborate closely with Contracts Manager and project team to address contractual and commercial matters. Proactively identify and mitigate potential contract risks and opportunities. Promote adherence to industry standards and best practices for project success. Required Skills and Competencies Commercial or legal qualifications desirable but not essential. 5 years of contract management experience required, preferably in large-scale construction, particularly in the energy sector. Ability to identify commercial risks in energy projects and negotiate effectively for dispute resolution. Proficiency in analyzing contractual issues and providing innovative solutions. Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, along with demonstrated leadership capabilities. High attention to detail and flexibility to travel as needed for project requirements.
