Job Description Reporting to the Portfolio General Manager, you will be part of the leadership team and manage engineering function with a hands on approach. Keys duties include, but are not limited to the following: Ensure compliance standards are met in aspects of building, equipment, energy consumption, water, contractors, environmental and other brand programs. Proactively review hotel products, carry out maintenance and general repairs to ensure the smooth operation of all hotel departments Contractor Management Be actively involved in the Health & Safety of our guests and our team members Manage capital expenditure projects Develop and implement effective strategies and solutions to improve energy management, water management and conservation Drive Team Member Engagement and promote a positive team culture
