Click here to learn more about our Network Additional information: An eligibility list will be created for future permanent full or part time and temporary full or part time vacancies.  What you'll be doing • Provide administrative services to the department.  This includes assisting the team in their clinical roles eg, scheduling appointments, answering and responding to telephone enquiries,  managing referrals, processing invoices, bulk billing, updating and maintaining  patient information via databases, coordinating clinics through the patient scheduling system, as well as organizing  patient files for the Dental team. Healthroster entry for the department staff members. • Exercise the initiative in the application of established day to day work practices and procedures within the Department and ensuring daily tasks are met within a timely manner. Demonstrated experience in administration working within a medical environment. Demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organisational skills, with internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability to learn or relevant experience with navigating various databases and scheduling system. Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Word , Outlook and Excel Proven ability to use initiative, to work autonomously and then ability to work as part of a team. Prove ability to prioritise workload in a high activity environment and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
