Expertise in strategic sales, market analysis, and team leadership will play a pivotal role in achieving and exceeding regional sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives within the assigned region. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to effectively penetrate the enterprise market and expand our client's customer base. Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to align strategies, enhance product offerings, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to drive insightful sales strategies and adapt as required. Manage and report on sales performance metrics, providing accurate forecasting and contributing to the overall sales planning process. Represent our client at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to establish a strong presence and foster valuable connections. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Proven track record of successful enterprise software sales, ideally with a focus on cloud solutions, technology platforms, or related services. Experience in leading and managing high-performance sales teams. Strong understanding of the enterprise technology landscape and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and deliver growth. Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
