About the facility Barwon Health’s Food Service is a large department over 2 sites, University Hospital and the McKellar Centre. Our Food services provide over 3000 meals per day to residents/clients/patients seven days a week. Our Cafeteria service to staff and visitors is open seven days a week and requires a variety of duties by our large team. About the role As the Distribution Team Member (Driver) you will provide service delivery across Barwon Health of food and stores items. You will support all functional areas with service in a professional and courteous manner adhering to standards across aged care and acute settings. Duties of your role include, but not limited to: Deliver and collect meal trolleys across multiple sites 3x daily Assist with stripping returned trolleys and trolley washing Adhere to Barwon Health’s Food Safety Plan Stock Rotation Receivables from Vendors Delivery of stores and food cassettes across Barwon Health Delivery of ward-functional area equipment About the culture Just 45 minutes from Melbourne by road, you will have a lifestyle that offers you the best of city/country blend.
