About the role Provide efficient clerical and administration support to the Corps in order to enhance outcomes and to support the achievement of the TSA mission. You will successfully Undertake reception duties to support the day to day running of the church, correspondence, fortnightly newsletter, attend to mail and correspondence, photocopying, filing. Meet and greet clients and visitors and provide exceptional customer service. Special Events – assist Corps Officer/s in planning and co-ordination of events e.g. Red Shield Appeal, Christmas Party, community events. Finance/accounts tasks as required by the Corps Officer eg receipting donations, banking, reconciliations, purchasing, obtain quotes Assist Corps Officers in the maintenance of worker records in line with TSA policy and Procedures, liaising as needed with THQ Departments This is a Max-Term (6-months from hire date), Part-Time (10hrs per week) position located in Mackay, QLD. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Clerks Level 3 Award.
