The scope of work will include the delivery of maintenance services across Western Power's transmission, distribution network and the maintenance of large complex assets, whilst servicing customers in city centres, regional and remote communities. About the role As a Project Administrator you will have the opportunity to drive site procurement ensuring accurate and timely reporting. You will manage client invoicing including obtaining relevant supporting documentation and submitting to the client for processing & approval. Your other main responsibilities will include: Providing support for operational personnel with regards to training of relevant procurement systems. Assist with reviewing & updating of purchase orders, open requisitions, & accounts payable workflow. Overall support t& general office duties including credit card reconciliation, arranging travel bookings, IT requests, stationary orders, data entry. Proficient in using Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel etc. Demonstrated experience working as part of a team and independently. Time management, planning, resourcing, and organisational skills. Problem solving skills with a high attention to detail. Excellent communication and relationship building skills. SAP & Ariba experience desirable but not essential. Tertiary qualifications or experience in Procurement or Contract Management desirable but not essential.
