Reporting directly to the Accessories Buying Manager, this role will be responsible for placing all orders for the Women’s Accessories for all regions, maintaining the delivery schedules to ensure all purchase order information is captured correctly so we can track orders and also providing general administrative assistance to the Women’s Accessories Buying Team. THE ROLE: Liaise with suppliers on daily basis when purchase orders are sent. Pick up post and packages, send parcels to suppliers and arrange pick-ups from suppliers. Compile monthly style files for buy presentation. Assistant design support in the form of Adobe illustrator sketches when required for the Department Manager or Buyer Raise all purchase orders for Women’s Accessories for all regions and sending to the suppliers Running regular purchase order reports for each region and checking the delivery schedule is correct Clearing and packing samples for sample sale/warehouse storage. Any other administrative duties to support buying team. On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: A relevant tertiary or equivalent qualification in Fashion Design (preferred) Ability to work in fast paced environment and manage time effectively Applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure, be analytical and have excellent accuracy and attention to detail Strong communication Proficient computer literacy skills including competency with Microsoft office programs - Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Proficient in Adobe illustrator & photoshop WHY JOIN THE SEED HERITAGE TEAM?
