About the Role: WorkPac are currently seeking a Flights and Accommodation Administrator based in Perth to commence work as soon as possible. This position will hold a Monday to Friday roster, 3 months in duration with competitive rates available for the successful applicant. This is the ideal job for a highly organised person that love administration tasks, customer service, hard worker and that wants to make a difference. Key Responsibilities will include: 0–12-month accommodation forecasting. Securing short term accommodation (within 21 days). Highlighting and communicating all flights and accommodation constraints Contracting Partner communications, assistance with ticketing and roster bookings. Other ticketing issues (e.g. rejected tickets requiring escalation). Projected Demand Advice (PDA) conformance, noting impacts from ad hoc changes in the report. PDA alignment and audits - bookings are submitted correctly against the PDA (ensuring bookings are in line with policies & guidelines) Stakeholder engagement (People Logistics) - relationship building Facilitating and tracking of accommodation constraints via the Quarterly Production Plan Process Managing process flow and procedures for all short-term flights and accommodation tasks. Adhoc bus bookings/transport. Resolving short term flight issues and communicating changes to stakeholders.
