If you are looking to take the next step in your childcare career, then this position is for you Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Assess and document children's learning and development. Support the ongoing professional development of educators within the center. Collaborate with the center director and management team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in early childhood education. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent qualification). Current Teacher Accreditation with the New South Wales Education Standards Authority (NESA). Demonstrated experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher in a childcare or early learning setting. Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous improvement.
