If yes, then we want to hear from you Our client is seeking a Project Support Administrator (Actual role title) to join their team and assist the Project Manager and the Project Support Officer in the day-to-day operations of the project. You will be responsible for: Planning and organising project meetings with internal and external stakeholders Managing the project management agenda and ensuring timely follow-ups Coordinating and generating reports on project progress, issues, risks, and achievements Managing the office supplies and equipment for the project team Arranging travel and accommodation for the project team members as required Managing the administrative processes and documentation of the project, including technical, financial, and contractual aspects Coordinating all internal and external correspondence related to the project Organising and compiling project documentation in line with project requirements and milestones, including health and safety To be successful in this role, you will need: Office management experience, preferably in a project-based environment Excellent computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with different levels of stakeholders Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple issues and tasks at any one time Service-oriented working attitude, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes for the project and the client Ability to balance competing priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines Experience within an international project organisation is an advantage Ability to prioritise, organise, and plan your own work Strong attention to detail and accuracy This is a full-time, 4 Months casual contract position with potential extension/permanency.
