About the role: At Origin we're transforming the way we serve our customers to make sure we're getting energy right for people, communities and the planet. As a Mobile Developer, you'll build, test & maintain core capabilities and features on RetailX Mobile App and digital platforms to support MyAccount & Customer Identity platforms serving our customers. You'll work closely with Origin RetailX Energy Specialists, Digital teams, Octo delivery teams and other vendors. Why this role matters? Software analysis, design and development Quality Assurance through test automation and test-driven development CI/CD: continuous integration and continuous deployment through automation of builds and deployment scripts Thought leadership on the tools, processes, technologies through active involvement in Guilds Configure and managing test environments & test data What will you bring: Demonstrated experience with JavaScript & Java/Kotlin languages & related frameworks (such as React, Springboot etc) Demonstrated experience with mobile-app development, build and deployment tools (hybrid-app, React-native, Bitrise) Demonstrated experience with HTML5/CSS3 & React frameworks Demonstrated experience building Restful or GraphQL APIs Experience with event driven / async development such as SQS, RabbitMQ or Kafka Experience with applications deployed on AWS So, why join us?
