What's on offer?We are looking for a Project Admin/Receptionist to join our Southern Region construction team delivering the Taxiway Zulu and Northern Access Route project at Melbourne Airport on a full-time basis. You will work with the construction teams currently reconfiguring existing taxiways and apron layout and creating access to the current and future works as part of the Northern Precinct Program.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring all visitors receive a friendly and attentive welcome.Managing and maintaining meeting room, Calendars, Catering, Preparation, Events etcData entry processing of supplier and subcontractor dockets and invoices.Accounts Payable Admin assistanceMaintenance of Site registers.General administration support to Office and Site staff based on the project.Management of all incoming /outgoing mail, deliveries, couriers and ad hoc administrative duties. About YouHave experience working in a similar site based role;You will be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skillsProvide high standard of service, present professionally and possess advanced communication skills;Excellent organisational skills with proven attention to detail, and;Ability to work under pressure and achieve strict deadlines.
