Role Details: Reporting to the Unit Manager: Finance you will be responsible for coordinating various office tasks and functions to ensure the Perth Corporate Office operations run smoothly at all times. This role is offered full-time on a 5 days on 2 days off roster (Monday - Friday) or 9 day fortnight (every second Friday off) at our Perth corporate office. Benefits include: Quarterly Bonus Scheme Private Health Insurance Allowance 9 day fortnight option Annual salary review Increased annual leave entitlements About the role: Corporate Office front desk management including answering phones, attending to the office requirements and other administrative matters; Purchasing using SAP as required by the Gold Fields Australia Corporate Office; Scheduling and assisting with the organisation of key meetings, lunches, appointments, functions and events as required; Assist with the Information Management and Document Control for the Group; Corporate credit card statement reconciliations; Site and Corporate travel bookings for the Corporate Office; Uphold and carry out all company office policies and procedures. About you: You will have completed Year 12 or equivalent Hold an associate degree in office administration, management of related field (desirable) Solid experience working in a corporate office administration High level of computer literacy and proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite of applications particularly MS Excel Highly organised with strong interpersonal skills and customer focused Strong communication skills, value working in a team, adaptable, accountable and ability to make decisions An understanding of SharePoint 2019 and related applications (desirable) Applications can be submitted via: https://careers.goldfields.com/Australia Gold Fields is committed to achieving an inclusive workforce.
