With several stages yet to launch, there is strong earning potential for an astute professional Duties: Focused on selling your duties will include: Jumping on the phones and calling back telephone and website enquiries Servicing all incoming buyer enquiry Sourcing buyers through networking and strategic relationship building Provide key information on units, features and structure of the building Educating buyers regarding the projects, property investment and general property market commentary Continued communications with purchasers through to settlement Assist in the management/providing guidance to a Host / Assistant Close collaboration with the Marketing team as required for the project to achieve Sales objectives.
