We're currently seeking a Procurement Administrator to join our Fremantle office on an initial casual basis with an immediate start available. In this role, you'll primarily focus on data entry and verifying invoices against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our procurement processes. What You Will Do Reporting to the local Regional Procurement Manager, you'll be immersed in a supportive environment where your contributions truly matter. Your responsibilities will include Data Integrity: Enter and maintain precise data in our procurement systems, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Invoice Verification: Thoroughly verify and reconcile vendor invoices against purchase orders, guaranteeing financial accuracy. Team Support: Assist Purchasing Officers in creating and managing purchase orders, contributing to seamless operations. Documentation Management: Help prepare and maintain procurement-related documentation, keeping everything organized and accessible. Administrative Assistance: Provide valuable administrative support to the Procurement team, ensuring smooth workflows. What You Will Need To Succeed To be successful in this position, you will be able to demonstrate: Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in purchasing or procurement. Attention to Detail: Exceptional speed and accuracy in data entry, coupled with a keen eye for detail. Team Spirit: A positive attitude and strong communication skills, fostering collaboration within our close-knit team. Quick Learner: The ability to adapt quickly to new software systems, ensuring efficiency from day one. Problem-Solving Skills: Proficient problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to decision-making, enabling effective problem resolution.
