About the Role The Logistics Administrative Officer will perform the day-to-day administration requirements of the Mondo Warehouses including invoice matching, invoice & SAP corrections, SAP data stock maintenance / updates and assisting with stock purchasing tasks. The key focus within this role will be to deliver operations at optimal levels, meeting business requirements in a safe, compliant, and commercially astute manner. The role includes compliance to HSEQ objectives, financial and operational assistance, and improvement. This role will report to the Warehouse Manager and is located in Ringwood. We are a flexible and truly hybrid workplace. What you will deliver Ordering of materials and maintaining stock levels Invoice matching against Accounts Payable of receipt numbers (confirming receipt of goods) for invoice payment. Investigating pricing discrepancies on invoices. Liaising with vendors for accurate delivery and invoicing. Analysing and assisting with updating reports in Excel. Sourcing new material prices, obtaining quotes from vendors, deliverable ETA's. Performing various analytical tasks in Excel and SAP that focus on material usage. What we like about you Certificate II - Storage, Distribution and Warehouse Operations preferred but not a requirement. Demonstrated SAP knowledge and accounts payable functions experience desirable. High level of knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of plumbing/ Electrical materials preferred but not essential. Proven ability to work well with key internal customers and suppliers across all levels. Candidates with strong analytical skills and exposure to working with large data sets. Previous warehouse administration experience is desirable.
