As the HR and Office Administrator you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks related to human resources, operations, and general support functions. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities In this role you will: Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and training arrangements. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist the People and Capability manager with employee relations matters and provide support to employees as needed. Respond to a broad range of HR queries in a timely and professional manner Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Support and assist with day-to-day management and upkeep of our South Melbourne office environment (tasks may include assisting and supporting with catering, office inventory, meeting coordination and general office upkeep) About you A qualification or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Some experience in an HR administration role, preferably in a creative or advertising agency environment. Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks and meet set deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. High level of professionalism and integrity.
