Snapshot of Your Day: Reporting to the Critical Facilities Manager, the Senior Facility Manager (Lead Engineer) will manage such responsibilities as: Provision of all-round technical support in maintaining the Operational Assets. Responsible for ensuring that all Operational activities within the buildings are controlled and that they are being carried out with due regard to Health and Safety, business risk and maintaining the 100% uptime criteria. Manage contractors/suppliers or the internal self-delivery trade team to ensure maintenance, repairs, and operations are to a high standard and in line with maintenance agreements/SLAs. Develop, implement, and audit local Method of Procedures (MOP’s), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP’s). Monitor the closure of the permits and provide the business with an ‘end of business report’ of outstanding permits. Supporting CMMS Operator in scheduling, Change control, reviewing PPM service reports and entering reactive works to the planned preventative maintenance system will also be part of the position. Training – Delivering training to the internal trade team. NOC (BMS) management on a rotating roster. Skills and Experience: Experience in managing sub-contractors and/or internal trade teams. Demonstrate a good understanding and be technically competent in all building services. Administratively strong with a high attention to detail. Trade or degree background, preferably in Electrical or mechanical. HV Authorised Person/Operator and Critical Environment experience is highly desirable. J-18808-Ljbffr
