Key Responsibilities: Develop a stimulating learning environment by utilizing a diverse range of teaching styles and approaches to meet the individual learning needs of students. Understand and adhere to state and national course requirements, including the Australian Standards of Teaching and the CECV standards of professional practice. Employ a variety of effective teaching strategies to successfully implement the curriculum. Dedicate appropriate time to thorough lesson planning and organization. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress. Embrace the use of information and communications technologies to enrich the learning experience. Engage in constructive learning progress discussions with students. Craft formal academic reports that adhere to report writing guidelines.
