The key duties of the position include We are seeking a motivated and experienced Administration Officer to join our Client Services team in the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB). As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing support for practitioners, through assessing complex registration applications, ensuring registration compliance and providing registration information to tax practitioners in a high-volume environment. You will support the management of escalated enquiries and guide staff on applying legislation. You will build and maintain positive relationships with clients and make informed decisions when resolving enquiries. You'll work as part of a team, sharing your knowledge to collaboratively resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvements.
