Based on site at Ringwood you will play an important role to improving the PM standards with robust documentation control. The Reliability Engineer will work in close partnership with manufacturing teams to ensure asset performance and improvement through IL6S work processes. The position will ensure adequate manning to support reactive and planned activities. The position will set the strategic direction for maintenance and reliability within the allocated department How you will contribute - Troubleshoot plant operational defects and provide technical direction to the maintenance team to resolve complex problems - Identify areas for improvement to preventative maintenance practices, plant redesign opportunities, and improvement in plant efficiency, reliability, and performance - Ensure that effective preventative maintenance techniques are applied in a comprehensive programme to maintain the assets of the site in an optimal manner - Lead and coach IL6S work processes amongst the trades team; complete PDPs and 1:1s with all trades members What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: - 5 years experience working in a Food Manufacturing environment or FMCG business - University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields - Strong communication and leadership skills - Fluent in the use of CMMS applications, SAP, MS Office, MS Project; A sound knowledge and experience of industrial systems specific to technical background - Ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems - Demonstrated ability in change management of workplace culture implementing TPM, Lean or other continuous improvement strategy No Relocation support available Business Unit Summary At Mondelez International, our mission is to provide consumers with the right snack, for the right moment, made in the right way.
