As Senior BA, you will provide high quality administrative support & leadership to a variety of teams. Every day you will have the opportunity to solve complex, specialised, & challenging requests. With access to a global community of BA champions, you will collaborate with and learn from other minds. What will I do? Oversee day-to-day operations of Business Administrators Mentor, coach and empower high performance in the Team to ensure the processes are followed and upheld and the key objectives are met. Support annual talent mapping, salary reviews and promotions process for Admin team. Assist Group leadership and provide group support with tasks in specific focus areas and strategy Step in to assist with overflow BA tasks during peak periods What will I bring? Likely to have achieved professional qualification, e.g. a recognised relevant tertiary qualifications in business, projects or similar or equivalent Significant relevant industry experience in administration within a consulting/engineering business environment, demonstrated achievements and all-round hands-on experience in administration. Experience in leading, engaging, and motivating teams and individuals and ensuring the right culture, capacity, and capability in place to deliver excellence. Results driven, with ability to remain positively motivated and foster team spirit at times of significant pressure, including assisting others to meet deadlines.
