Collaborating with service & parts, overseeing junior warranty person, processing warranty claims, ensuring documentation/submissions are accurate Mercedes-Benz Waverley is seeking a dedicated Warranty Administrator to join our team. The Warranty Administrator is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our warranty processes and providing seamless customer service. About the role: Guiding and mentoring a warranty admin person Process warranty claims and ensure accurate documentation and submission Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and parts department to gather necessary information for warranty claims Monitor warranty claim status and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely resolution Maintain detailed records of warranty claims, including approvals, rejections, and reimbursements Assist customers with warranty-related inquiries and provide prompt and professional assistance Stay up to date with the latest warranty policies and procedures from Mercedes-Benz Who we are looking for: Previous experience in dealership warranty administration, ideally with Mercedes-Benz or luxury brand experience.
