This is a full time position, at a HEP6 $82,372 - $92,727 per annum, plus 17% employer superannuation contribution) classification working 36.75 hours per week. This a continuing/ongoing role. About the Role: The role of the Digital Experience Administrator is to provide high level administrative support and consultation, coordination and development of training resources for teachers and external clients in the utilisation of the Learning Management System (LMS) within Victoria University. An example of your responsibilities or duties you may perform will include: Provide a range of support services and administration of the LMS (VU Collaborate). Create/develop teaching spaces, content, assessment tasks, grade items and rubrics. Develop training resources, including guides and videos to support the delivery of courses and units to students and industry. Develop and deliver a wide-range of staff capability training. Provide eLearning support and advice to teaching and administrative staff. Support the development of short courses/micro-credentials for internal stakeholders and industry clients. Data entry, drafting communications, taking minutes and action items, organising meetings and following up on relevant action items. This is a full time position, at a HEP6 $85,667 - $89,161 per annum, plus 17% employer superannuation contribution) classification working 36.75 hours per week. This a continuing/ongoing role. About You: The applicant will have: Experience in the administration and support of Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably D2L Brightspace in a tertiary education or large corporate environment. Knowledge and experience of a range of current online learning platforms and applications, including Articulate Storyline, Adobe, HTML, and MS Office Suite. Aptitude or ability to work with relevant University systems and databases. An example of your responsibilities or duties you may perform will include: Provide a range of support services and administration of the LMS (VU Collaborate).
