THE ROLE: Using the INSIDE platform to lead, influence and inspire the customer care team to ensure our customers are given the ultimate online experience, throughout all stages of the purchase lifecycle across a range of channels such as tickets, email, live chat, and phone calls. Develop personal growth and capability with coaching, training and performance feedback. Engage with a variety of internal & external stakeholders to ensure our processes are run efficiently. Look at ways we can continuously improve and make recommendations to maximise our customer satisfaction. Day to day real-time support of staff, and ownership of member escalations and complaints. Creating an outstanding customer experience by providing the most current styling advice to maximise sales results and customer satisfaction. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Have previous experience in successfully managing a result driven, sales focused team Have a personal love for fashion and lifestyle with a keen interest in current trends and competitors Have energy and passion to drive sales outcomes and KPIs through a hands on leadership approach. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage priorities and handle customer escalations. To be customer-centric by striving to provide the best possible customer experience in any situation.
