Who we’re looking for: Reporting to the Finance and Administration Team Leader, the critical role of Finance and Administration Officer is responsible for the timely recording of sales for the business and assisting the finance team in various activities relating to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, stock transfer and other administration tasks based at our office in Docklands, VIC. The Finance and Administration Officer will work extensively with the farming and operational teams and will be the key go to person for all financial support required. What you’ll be doing: The role will predominantly be responsible for the daily review of sales for data entry, ensuring domestic sales are priced and entered into the system, assisting Accounts Receivable with information required to clear customer credits, trouble shooting stock transfer issues and costing of citrus and grape export sales. Other responsibilities: Market Agent account reconciliations for citrus & grapes Assist with weekly/monthly citrus & grape grower payments Assist with processing export sales into SAP Setting up plant/materials in SAP/Caramba.
