Administrator We are currently seeking a highly experienced Administrator to cover 12 months maternity leave for our office in Townsville. Our client has acquired the Townsville Bulk Storage and Handling (TBSH) business and has rebranded the business in the Port Services. This investment sees an expansion in supply chain capability in North Queensland. Based at the Port of Townsville, our client offers tailored end-to-end supply chain management services throughout North Queensland. Responsibilities for the role include: Must have SAP experience Archiving, sorting and filing of employee documents, invoices and vendor information Collect, pack, send, lodge and distribute mail/packages Stationary, consumables and PPE for Stuart Loco, Wagon, Rocky, Acacia Ridge Employee Uniforms for Stuart Loco, Wagon, Rocky and Acacia Ridge Employee Travel requests for Stuart Loco, Wagon, Rocky and Acacia Ridge Prep of documents for meetings and workshops Special events/functions organization (R U ok day, international women???s day, years of service recognition for employees) Compliance Report every Monday morning Meeting room and VC bookings as required Entering of appropriate documents into mylearning to update compliance Requests from ROM and ROL???s Fuel confirmations for Stuart Prov Shed, Stuart Intermodal, Mackay and Townsville Terminal Fuel Tanks Fuel end of month for Stuart Prov Shed, Stuart Intermodal, Mackay and Townsville Terminal Fuel Tanks Update/create various PDL???s as requested Aurizon ID pass ordering, building access requests Employee prescription safety glasses Calendar management as required Labour Hire Service entry PO creation and SES Ensuring all staff are trained and complied in First aid ??? Booking with external provider and looking at rosters Rail Safety Cards and Personal locks ordered through CNW Document control in Howed SharePoint Administrator for employee documents Creating service and material requisitions, contract call off PO, Direct PO???s Goods Receipting of invoices Balances of monthly statement Attached all invoices, services sheets, inspection check lists, driver repair requests into work orders in sap Running Blocked reports and Open purchase orders (ZRPURCH) Setting up new vendors in Zycus External Contractor Inductions ???
