Our client embraces: Forward thinking Integrity and respect Responsiveness and accountability Strategic vision Teamwork The Benefits Join a warm, caring and open team 6 month contract commencing ASAP, flexible working hours/days Strong administration focus The Role Reporting to the Director of Operations, your responsibilities will include: Coordinating advertising including ensuring booking schedules are maintained and deadlines met Managing accounts receivable function under the supervision of the CFO Providing administrative support to the events team Assisting with the running of the virtual offices nationally Supporting the CFO and Director of Operations with administrative tasks Assisting with coordination of special projects as required Contributing to the safe and healthy working environment, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to Identifying and implementing opportunities to increase member awareness and understanding Skills Required Strong administrative skills with the ability to communicate on all levels both verbally and in writing Professional phone manner A positive, can-do attitude, and a willingness to help and contribute to the group Ability to work autonomously and in a small cohesive team Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams skills Knowledge of Xero accounting software would be helpful If you have strong administration experience, together with advanced Excel skills, please apply by sending your CV with a cover letter responding to the skills required section above.
