Your next opportunity As the Pricing and Sales Analyst based in North Ryde, you will be given a great opportunity to support all Boral’s business units by providing support to the sales teams regarding pricing related activities. Your day will involve: Play a significant role in pricing governance to ensure quoting behaviour is aligned with budget objectives. You will be a key member of our ‘deal desk’ operation that reviews customer quotes to guarantee sales compliance to pre-determined parameters. This will be approximately 50% of the role. Manage the national price review process. This will include customer data compilation, customer communication, internal stakeholder management and key elements of implementation. Identify and drive improvements in margin optimisation opportunities. Collect, analyse, evaluate and report on commercial data on a periodic and ad hoc basis. Maintain the pricing data within our systems. The mix of the above tasks will oscillate during a month/year and will likely evolve over time. What are we looking for? Relevant tertiary qualifications in the commercial field Minimum 5 years' experience in Ability to project manage and deliver to timelines Capable of managing a wide range of stakeholders and influencing them to create optimal outcomes when objectives are conflicted Experience using Tableau (Boral’s system), Power BI and SQL (or equivalent) Demonstrated skills in problem solving Experience in process improvement Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills What's on offer?
