Senior Contract Administrator We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Senior Contracts Administrator for a leading Residential Builder Developer in Sydney. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting our project teams in managing contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders to ensure timely and successful delivery of high-quality residential construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Review and administer contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with company policies and procedures Coordinate with project teams and external stakeholders to manage contract changes, variations, and claims Prepare and manage project budgets, progress payments, and cost forecasting Prepare and review project documentation, including contract agreements, construction schedules, and project reports Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders Support the procurement team in supplier and subcontractor selection and management Mentoring of Junior Contracts Administrators Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field Minimum of 6 years of experience in a contracts administration role with a residential builder or construction company Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and industry standards, with strong commercial and financial acumen Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with construction management software is highly desirable If you feel you meet the above brief and job description, please forward your updated resume to me at ronannowcareers.com.au NOTE ONLY APPLICANTS CURRENTLY BASED IN AUSTRALIA WITH FULL WORKING RIGHTS WILL BE CONTACTED
