The key duties of the position include We are seeking a motivated and experienced Administration Officer to join our Client Services team in the Tax Practitioners Board. As an Administration Officer, you will manage high volume complex registration workloads and provide advice to tax practitioners. You'll have experience in administration and understanding how to apply legislation. You will provide confidence to consumers of tax practitioner services by ensuring tax practitioners meet and maintain the necessary educational, qualification, experience and personal attributes required for the tax practitioner profession. You will build and maintain positive relationships with clients and make informed decisions when resolving enquiries. You'll work as part of a team, sharing your knowledge to collaboratively resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvements.
